Retningslinjer for angrerett

 

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the EU/EEA, including Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Returned items should be sent within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation. Products should be unused and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. However, customers may inspect the goods as they would in a physical store.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic or skincare products that have been opened after delivery may not be eligible for return.

If the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement, including standard delivery costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated before purchase.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
