DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays applicable in the relevant dispatch country.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
1.1 Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we may not be able to amend delivery details once the order has been dispatched.
1.2 In some cases, we may need to verify payment or customer details before dispatching an order. If additional verification is required, our Customer Service team will contact you. We will make every effort to minimise delays.
1.3 During holiday periods, promotional campaigns, or periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual.
1.4 Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather disruptions, customs processing, or courier delays. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
RETURN PROCEDURE
3.1 Customers wishing to return products must follow the return procedure outlined below.
3.2 Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the return request. Returns should be sent to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
3.3 A return label or return instructions must be obtained by contacting Customer Service at contact@qmsmedicosmetics.com.
3.4 If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where possible, we recommend retaining the original packaging and providing photographs of any damage to assist with the claim process.
3.5 If a return is requested due to customer preference or dissatisfaction, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under applicable local law.
3.6 If an order included a complimentary gift as part of a promotion, the complimentary gift must also be returned in the event of a full order refund.
