QMS Medicosmetics – Nordic & EEA Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers residing in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and other European Economic Area (EEA) countries through the applicable QMS Medicosmetics online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. ABOUT US

QMS Medicosmetics is the supplier of the products available through this website. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean QMS Medicosmetics.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use a valid payment method

You are responsible for ensuring that your account and contact information remain up to date.

  1. PRICES & PAYMENT
  • All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT/sales tax unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are added separately at checkout.
  • Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before shipment.

We accept major debit cards, credit cards, and approved online payment providers.

  1. DELIVERY

We deliver to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and selected EEA countries.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the products to the customer or a person identified by the customer.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and retain the original packaging where possible.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Consumers residing in the EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

  1. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact Customer Service promptly.

You may be entitled to:

  • A replacement
  • Repair
  • Price reduction
  • Full refund

in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

  1. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be entered during checkout before payment is completed.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order
  • Promotions cannot be combined
  • Sale items, bundles, and already discounted products may be excluded

Offers may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at any time without prior notice.

  1. FREE GIFT OFFERS

Free gifts are subject to availability while stocks last.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One free gift per customer/order
  • Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products

If an order qualifying for a free gift is returned for refund, the free gift must also be returned.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EEA legislation.

  1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the relevant order
  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the EEA.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the customer’s country of residence, where required by applicable law.
